Newell Advocacy
Services
Newell Advocacy is part of the Australian Network of Disability Advocacy Services –
funded by the Department of Social Services.
What is the National Disability Advocacy Program?
Disability advocacy is acting, speaking and writing to promote, protect and defend the human rights of people with a disability.
The Newell Advocacy Incorporated staff welcomes you and will endeavour to answer any of your enquiries.
Newell Advocacy is an independent advocacy service which provides direct advocacy to individuals with a disability, families, carers and groups.
We can assist with appeals and Centrelink.
NDIS Appeals
Newell Advocacy staff can assist you with any issues you may have with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
If you are not happy with your NDIS plan or any decisions made, you have the right to have this reviewed or you can lodge an appeal.
Newell Advocacy can provide information and support you with each step of this process.
Please contact Newell Advocacy for more information about the NDIS and the appeals process.
